It is with extreme pleasure that we present you our new Pinsa Romana, an ambitius project developed with effort that gives a nod to the delicius recipes of our traditions.

The dough is created with a careful selection of wheat and cereals, with water coming from the Sibillini Mountains and quality ingredients

Four recipes are available now, developed for now to present these amazin Pinsa.

You can choose among the  MARGHERITA SFIZIOSA with mozzarella and Stracciatella di Burrata, the AMATRICIANA with bacon, pecorino cheese and red onion, the GRICIA with  bacon, pecorino cheese and the  NORCINA with cream sauce with tartufo and salciccia.
