The pizzas of the “Verace del Golfo” line are our tribute to the Neapolitan culture, to the Campania region and to the genuine raw materials that distinguish it.
The dough of our pizzas raises for 24 hours, it’s carefully stessed out and manually finished to reproduce the typical edge of the Neapolitan pizza: “the cornice”. The size is also a peculiarity, with a diameter of 30 cm, it follows those proposed in the traditional pizzerias in Neaples.
Even the fillings are inspired by the typical ones of the tradition, paying homage to the most beautiful locations and including historical ingredients from the region such as tomatoes, friarielli, provola cheese, basil and of course the superb extra-virgin olive oil.
To prepare our pizzas the right way, just turn the oven on at 220 ° C, remove the product from the package and let it defrost at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
Once the oven has reached the temperature it is recommended to cook for 6/8 minutes.
